Hidden Oaks History
Hidden Oaks was developed in 1981 by respected Florida architect
Carson Benett Wright and Harry Weitzer of Weitzer Corp. Developers
were careful to maintain the lush landscaping that is the
trademark of the community, while developing homes with custom
features such as landscaped private entries, interior atriums,
fire places, planked-wood vaulted ceilings, oversized luxury
bathrooms, beautiful old oak trees and expansive inside and
outside social areas.

Architectural Modifications
Any homeowners wishing to make an addition/alteration to
the outside a of a parcel, lot, unit, must complete and return
the following forms to the property management company:

your property (included) - as well as request additional decals
at $10.00 per vehicle.
